Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns: You may return items within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:

    • Electrical components
    • Customized or special-order parts
    • Items that are not in their original condition or have visible signs of use

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

Refunds

  • Refund Approval: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the item is in its original condition, we will notify you via email and process your refund.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted. This includes:

    • Items returned after 15 days of delivery
    • Items not in their original condition or missing parts

Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part or if the product is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
