2. Shipping Destinations

  • Each order is shipped to a single destination address specified at the time of payment. If you wish to ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

3. Shipping Partners

  • To ensure that your order arrives on time and in good condition, we only use reputed courier agencies for deliveries.

4. Shipping Charges

  • All products sold on Motors Technic attract shipping charges, which may vary depending on factors such as product weight, size, fragility, delivery location, and the mode of delivery (Air, Surface, or Sea).

5. Product Condition on Delivery

  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer care team immediately at +91-8750387081 (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / Monday to Saturday) or email us at mt@motorstechnic.com with your order reference number. We will arrange for a replacement delivery as soon as possible.

6. Invoice with Shipment

  • All items are shipped with an invoice copy. If you do not receive the invoice along with your order, please contact us at +91-8750387081 or mt@motorstechnic.com, quoting your order reference number.

7. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order by contacting us via email at mt@motorstechnic.com or by calling our customer care at +91-8750387081 (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / Monday to Saturday).
  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund.
  • If the order has already been shipped but not yet delivered, you may still cancel the order. In this case, we will process the refund once we receive the returned product from our courier/logistics partner, after deducting the applicable shipping charges.
